Due to ongoing construction at the Barrington Park District facilities, the required Participant Information Meeting will be held virtually via Zoom. During this meeting, we will go over important club policies, participant expectations, and chaperone details. Registration for the meetings begins on November 1st. You will receive the Zoom link via email on the day of the meeting. Please make sure your preferred email address is correct in the park district's system.

Free Showing of "Screenagers"
Join BStrong Together for a special FREE screening of the documentary film Screenagers: Elementary School Age Edition on Thursday, November 21st at 7:00 PM in the Prairie library.
As digital devices become an ever-present part of the lives of many young children, we are seeing a decline in their emotional well-being and social connections. This new version of the original Screenagers: Growing Up in the Digital Age film explores the profound effects that increased screen time can have on children's mental health.
We will follow the film with a Q&A discussion with local area experts including D220 Assistant Superintendent Dr. Matt Fuller, pediatrician Dr. Rupal Upadhyay and mental health providers Jackie Rhew (LCPC) and Dr. Melissa Katz (PsyD).
Reserve your FREE ticket here.
** Habrá servicios de interpretación al español disponible. **
