A Message to Seniors

You are just about halfway through senior year! While exciting, students should be thinking about + planning very seriously about what they want to do after high school. For students interested in college, we are in the thick of application deadlines and getting materials together and submitted to schools.

For schools with January 1st deadlines, transcript request forms were due on December 2nd. The transcript request deadline for schools with January 15th deadlines is coming up on December 13th.

If you have any questions about letters of recommendation and submitting transcripts, please make an appointment to see your school counselor, or visit Ms. Erikson in the College & Career Center (K002), as soon as possible.

The application for the FAFSA is now open, and is another mandatory piece of the college application process, for both four-year and two-year colleges. For those of you applying to four-year colleges, please check to see if they require the CSS Profile, in addition to the FAFSA. Please refer to Ms. Erikson's Smore about financial aid to find links and resources.

Additionally, the application for Mass Bay [for the fall 2025 term] is also now available. If you want to apply to Mass Bay and have questions, please see your school counselor or Ms. Erikson (K002).

If you are feeling lost with what you want to do after high school, please don't put that off! Your counselor and Ms. Erikson are here to help you. Please make an appointment to come see us, so we know your plan (or lack thereof - so we can figure things out together).
