Members are encouraged to join our monthly membership meeting to learn about the exciting activities in the organization. Guests are welcome unless otherwise noted in the pre-meeting email.

Please RSVP (even if you are not eating) so we make sure we have chairs for everyone.

If you have not paid your membership for 2025 yet, please do so. You can pay your membership dues online here, at the meeting, or by mailing a check to PO Box 453. If you are not sure if you paid, contact Treasurer, Erin Giebler, at egiebler@haysusa.com to inquire.

Meeting dates for May and December have changed. May's meeting will now be May 15th and December's meeting will be December 18th.

Some members have been getting emails about renewing their membership. These emails are coming straight from our website and we are working on getting them stopped. If you have renewed your membership and you get one of these emails, please disregard.

Got an idea for a project? Fill out the Project Request Form found on our website.

Committees are being made based on the forms members filled out. The committee chair will reach out to you once the committee is finalized. If you don't get put on a committee, don't worry! There will be many pop-up committees available throughout the year!

$500 was provided to the Hays Public Library's Teen Advisory Board. The Teens are using the money to purchase items, including gloves, stocking hats and hand warmers, for Winter Survival Kits. When the kits are assembled, they will be available at the library for any kid or adult who wants one.
