Calling All Volunteers
The SAS Fall Festival would not be possible without our wonderful parents, teachers, parishioners, Nolan Catholic students, and community volunteers. In order to make this year's festival the best, we require that one member from your family volunteer for ONE (1-hour) shift... however any additional shifts are appreciated!

3 on 3 Basketball
The 3 on 3 Basketball Tournament is a crowd favorite at the Saint Andrew Catholic School Annual Fall Festival. The tournament is open to the community for girls and boys in 5th, 6th, 7th, and 8th grade.
NEW THIS YEAR: 3 on 3 will be played in the SAS Gym. Parents, no sitting in the heat while watching the action!!
It's time to get your team together, design your team t-shirt/jersey, and get ready for some fun! Prizes will be awarded for best uniform. Winning teams will receive a t-shirt.

Combo Form
Booth & Food Presale Tickets
There is no entry fee to attend the Fall Festival, but all game/activity booths and food booths require tickets. The tickets are $1 each and game/activity booths charge 1 to 6 tickets, while food booths charge 2 to 8 tickets.
Pre-purchased tickets will be available for pickup at school the week of October 7th and on Fall Festival Day, Sunday, October 13 at the Ticket Booth "Will Call" table, beginning at 10:45am.
The deadline for pre-purchasing Fall Festival Tickets is 5:00PM on Wednesday, October 9th.

Telegrams
Telegrams are a long-standing tradition at the Saint Andrew Catholic School Fall Festival and are a fun way to send a message to someone special – your children, their friends, teachers and staff, even our priests. With several options, you can send telegrams to as many people as you want! The telegrams are fun for all ages!!
Drop off a Fall Festival Telegram Payment Form, with completed telegrams, at the school office or at the Telegram Booth at the Fall Festival. You may pay with cash or check, or use your FACTS account. You may also use tickets at the Festival to pay for your telegrams.
The telegrams will be delivered to the students a few weeks after the Fall Festival. THE DEADLINE to purchase Telegrams is Thursday, October 18th, during Parent/Teacher Conferences.

It's Raffle Time
It's Raffle time!! All families should receive their raffle tickets in the mail by the end of the week. If not, please call the school office and we will send them home with your child.
Last year the Fall Festival Raffle raised over $39.535!!!
Our goal for the 2024 Fall Festival Raffle:
Every SAS family sells $100 worth of raffle tickets
All SAS families who reach the goal of selling $100 worth of raffle tickets will receive a pair of new style SAS Socks* ($15 value) for EACH SAS STUDENT IN YOUR FAMILY. The new SAS Socks may be worn with uniform ANY day (except Mass Dress Days). Sock Supplies are limited so please turn in your raffle tickets as soon as possible!
2024 Homeroom Contest
Homerooms with all students selling at least $100 of raffle tickets will win a FREE SPECIAL LUNCH (including food, music, and extra fun!) . Winners will be announced on Tuesday, October 15th. The lunch will be scheduled after the Fall Festival during the month of October.
Top Seller Contest
SAS Families selling the most raffle tickets will win:
1st Place Family – $150 dollars of Fall Festival booth and food tickets
2nd Place Family -- $75 dollars of Fall Festival booth and food tickets
3rd Place Family -- $50 dollars of Fall Festival booth and food tickets
Top Seller Family Contest ends Wednesday, October 9, 2024 at 4:00pm. Winners will be announced at the Fall Festival Pep Rally on Thursday, October 10th at 2:15pm.
Additional raffle tickets can be sent home with your student by calling the school office (817-924-8917).
Raffle tickets can be returned to the homeroom teacher or the school office with cash or check payment, or may be purchased online with credit card or FACTS payment HERE.

Fall Festival Sponsorship opportunities are available again this year. Sponsorships include advertising in our weekly newsletter, on our Facebook and Instagram pages, and other perks. Payment plans can be set up using your FACTS account.

Safe Environment
Safe Environment training is required to volunteer at SAS. Get ready for upcoming events at SAS and get trained now!
New Volunteers: Please register online by creating a profile at https://fwdioc.org/training-sessions. Creating a VIRTUS profile allows you to view, and to sign up for, in person Safe Environment Awareness Sessions throughout the Diocese.
Renewals: If you already have a profile and have taken a Safe Environment session in the past, please log on at virtusonline.org and check your status. There are a few zoom sessions being offered but they fill up quickly. So do it now!
