Buffett Middle Families,

Happy New Year! We are so excited to be back in session with all of our staff and students. Over the break, when everyone is out of the building, we can get a lot of work done but it sure is quiet. Too quiet! So we are happy to have everyone back with us this week.

School Choice Night Success

Thank you to the students and staff who made Open House a success last week. We showcased some of the best parts of our building. The guest families had great things to say about our school.

Broadcasting Crew Interviews Football Player

Ms. Robinson’s nephew Donovan (who is a 5 star recruit playing for Nebraska) stopped by the Broadcasting class last week. He was interviewed by Kariba C. and Simone D. for BBTV. What a great experience for our news journalists to interview someone outside of our building!

Quiz Bowl Quads

Buffett competed in the district Quiz Bowl Quad competition last week. Buffett A won their bracket after seven rounds of questions. Buffett B came in second place in their bracket. Congratulations, Quiz Bowl!

Honor Choir Performers

Congratulations to Leyla A-H( left) and Harper O ( right) for performing with the Nebraska Honor Choir. Harper also auditioned for a solo and was one of the soloists chosen out of 75 students that auditioned!
