NEW SECURE ENTRANCE-DOOR 2
The new secure entrance at Roosevelt is complete! Door 2 (the new addition on Owatonna Street) is our new main entrance and is the ONLY entrance that parents and visitors can use to enter the building. When you come to Roosevelt, you may still park in the slanted parking spaces in front of the building, in the parking lot, or on the neighborhood streets as you always have. The new main entrance has two slanted sidewalks that are handicap accessible as well as a staircase. Enter the main doors and talk with our office staff through the speaker system to be buzzed into the building.
We no longer have the capability to buzz people in at any other entrances to the building. For safety reasons, we also ask our staff and students not to let anyone in any of the other doors. This ensures that throughout the school day, all parents and visitors enter through Door 2 and receive a visitor's pass before entering the building.
Thank you for working with us to keep our students and staff safe at Roosevelt! We are excited to welcome you into our new space!
