Celebrating our Nation's Veterans
It was a great week to celebrate our nation's Veterans at our annual Veteran's Day program. THANK YOU to all who have served out great nation! Also, a big thank you to Mr. Dave Pelgen for organizing an outstanding program.
Tiger Fest
The Bellevue High School Girls Basketball team is hosting Tiger Fest this Saturday at Ben Flora Gymnasium. There will be elementary school games, middle school games, and the evening caps off with a scrimmage featuring our Bellevue Tigers taking on the Boone County Rebels. Admission is $4 for adults, and $3 for students.

Academic Team Keeps Rolling!
Congratulations out our Academic Team for their 25-7 win over Holmes this past week. They are now 5-1 on the year! #TigerPRIDE
BISD Board of Education Meeting
The Bellevue Independent School District Board of Education will hold their regularly scheduled monthly meeting on Wednesday, November 20th at 6:00pm. The meeting will take place in the Library at Bellevue High School.
BMHS 21st Century After School Program
Bellevue Middle School/High School is working collaboratively with the Greater Cincinnati YMCA to extend our 21st century grant program to fund our after school program. If you have any input on this program or any questions related to the grant, please contact Kaila Jacobs at kjacobs@cincinnatiymca.org.

All Bellevue Independent Schools will be CLOSED for Thanksgiving Break November 27th - November 29th.
Governor's Scholarship Program
The Governor's Scholarship Program is now accepting applications. In order to be considered, students must be:
* In the 11th grade at the time of selection
*Intend to return to a Kentucky school district for the next school term.
*Be a current resident of Kentucky;
*Have taken the ACT, PSAT, or SAT in the 9th, 10th , or 11th grades.

Parent voice is extremely valuable here at Bellevue Middle School/High School. We would like to give you the opportunity to nominate one of our staff members as our Staff Member of the Month for the outstanding work they do to serve our students and our community. Attendance Matters
Thank you for the great work during the statewide High Attendance Day! We had a great day with right around 95% attendance across Grades 6-12. 11th and 12th grades were the highest in the building with 98.11% attendance. Let's keep up the great work!

In order to promote a safe and health school environment, we encourage all of our students to report suspicious activity, safety concerns, or mental health concerns to a trusted adult. If they do not feel comfortable talking to an adult in the building, they can always report concerns to the Kentucky Safe Schools Tip Line at 1-866-393-6659.
