What Makes New York Academy Different
A Curriculum That is the Best of Traditional and Progressive Approaches
A progressive education is designed to meet the academic, social, and emotional needs of all students. At New York Academy, we pride ourselves on meeting the needs of our students who come from both here in Hyderabad and all over the world.
We know that one of parents’ top priorities is to provide their children with the best education possible. Often this means a progressive education where students develop 21st century skills while still achieving the academic excellence required to pass their exams. But is it possible to achieve these two ideals in one learning environment?
This is exactly what we’re doing here at New York Academy. We create an environment where students learn to learn, reason critically, think creatively, and develop the capacity to produce innovative solutions to modern challenges. By empowering students to take charge of their education, we help our students build the intrinsic motivation necessary to succeed in school and beyond. Our students don’t just learn the answers to test questions, they learn to ask the questions that build knowledge to succeed in and out of the classroom.
Parents shouldn’t have to choose between a progressive learning environment and academic excellence. Our school community helps students learn to value diversity and inclusion through their daily experience. It helps students grow into lifelong learners and critical thinkers. And it helps students achieve academic excellence and top exam scores.
New York Academy blends a variety of curriculums to achieve the best possible outcomes for our students academic, social, and emotional growth.
