Every month we celebrate and honor one student from each of our 20 programs as a Student of the Month.
Congratulations to James Wilkins. James is in the Construction Occupations-Licensed Traders program at 916. The teachers say "James is always willing to step back to give others opportunity to learn. He leads group discussions and is eager to help others understand concepts".

Minnesota Scholastic Art Award Winners
Recently the Art department submitted student artwork to the largest art competition held in Minnesota. This year's Minnesota Scholastic Art Awards competition received some of the most creative, innovative, and technically-skilled work by 7-12th graders in the state of Minnesota. Students are judged on originality, technical skill, and the emergence of a personal voice or vision. Many students who submit their work do not receive an award.
Give Kids A Smile - FREE Dental Care
This annual "event" on February 7th & 8th is a great resource for our families as it provides free dental care to children of families who need financial assistance (18 years or younger). Dates and services provided are dependent on each clinic that is participating. Services may include exams, cleanings, x-rays, fillings, extractions and fluoride treatments.
