Please note that beginning in the 2025-26 school year, Northwest Community Schools will transition from a trimester schedule to a semester schedule. This change is being made to enhance academic continuity and improve financial efficiency while maintaining the integrity of all of our programs.

These businesses allowed our students to experience a career in their chosen career pathway so they can choose elective classes and, for some, even job experiences in the future that will help them prepare and pursue a career in a field they enjoy. Northwest Community Schools appreciates the support our community businesses have for our students as we prepare our future workforce. Thank you to all who helped make this week possible!!! Our job shadow week is a valuable program that provides students with hands-on experience and exposure to different careers. It is a collaborative effort between the school, Junior Achievement, and the community, and it has a positive impact on both students and businesses. By participating in the job shadow week, students can gain insights into various professions and make informed decisions about their future.
