April and May were to be a great few months for the team:) "Caruso" running 2nd at TIE in the 2*, backing up for his first 3* at Quirindi with an 8th. "Vinnie" (Viennese) 6th in the 3* and "Ashlee" (Fernhill Aisling Star) 7th in her 2* run. Forward to May, Stuart rode "Vinnie" for a win in the 4*N and "Caruso" for a win in the 3*N. With Stuart being the FEI Course Designer for the higher levels, he is unable to compete at international level, hence the National starts.

Time flies when you are having fun! Great news for mum and dad is that Gemma is only months from coming home! What an experience, horse riding, travelling and gaining independence! By all accounts Gemma is keen to get back on Australian shores and get back on the Aussie Eventing circuit! Gemma made huge progress by herself in the UK. 'Hilton' will return soon, ready for some events at the end of this year. Gemma will spend the next few months working in different yards, where she can ride lots of horses, see how other professionals run their yards, expanding her knowledge as much as possible before she arrives home. I am sure there will be some travel in there too!!
