NEW PD Series Coming
"Equity Essentials: Navigating Student Needs Beyond the Classroom", a transformative professional development series designed to empower educators with the knowledge and skills necessary to address the diverse needs of their students outside of traditional academic settings. In this dynamic program, teachers will explore the complexities of poverty, food justice, healthcare, and housing stability, gaining a deep understanding of how these factors impact student learning and well-being. Registration available soon.

- 5 Ways Schools Can Find Homeless Students They Might Overlook, EdWeek
- Free movie screening and discussion on Garden City, Kansas hosted by A Glimpse of Africa, Feb 24th @ 1pm, register for tickets here
- Youth Action Boards in Allegan, Barry (MI Balance of State CoC) and Kent CoC are recruiting youth ages 18 - 24 who have experienced homelessness - youth are paid for their time and participation

Statewide Support for Students in Foster Care
Sleep in Heavenly Peace, Inc- parents / families are able to request bunk beds and bedding for children who lack a bed (current local chapters in Cedar Springs, Kelloggsville, Plainwell)
