I have no problem with an extension through May 24, 2024 for unit 2 and 3 employees, as long as none of these extended observations/evaluations result in negative or less than satisfactory or above ratings.

Greetings,

The Office of Employee Performance (OEP) is granting an extension to complete all ASASP Unit II/III employee formal observations for the 2023-2024 school year. The completion deadline has been extended to May 24, 2024, at 11:59 pm. The observation activity in the online eDoctrina evaluation platform will shut down immediately after the extension date.

OEP Director Charity McGruder reached out to ASASP and asked if ASASP would agree to an extension so that members would have more time to complete outstanding observations of unit 2 and unit 3 members.

I responded in the email at the top with my official acceptance of the extension. Any negative rating or less than satisfactory rating is UNACCEPTABLE. Call ASASP at 301.925.7047 immediately upon receipt of any negative or less than satisfactory or above rating during the extension, between May 20 and May 24, 2024.
