Weekly Update

State Assessments starts this week for 5th and 8th graders. We have a very short testing window with limited days to test due to Starbase, Field Trips and Easter Break. Please make sure your child is here and well rested on the following days.

March 26th and 27th- Science for 5th and 8th Grade

April 8th and 10th- ELA for all 5-8th Graders

April 17th and 18th- Math for all 5-8th Graders.

IF your child is going to miss one of those days please let us know in advance. You can just email me at Brenna.dooley@usd340.org

Don't forget to order your 23-24 Yearbook.

The code is 83721Z - the link to order online is below. Orders are due March 28th.

Don't forget to sign up for ASAP if your child is needing some extra help or time to complete their work. This 9 weeks we will be able to offer it 4 days a week to help students get caught up on missing assignments and get extra assistance and homework they might not understand.

The after school program is offered from 3:30-4:30pm.

If your child is in art this semester they will need to make sure the fee gets paid. Even if they were in art 1st semester there is another fee for 2nd semester.

Cost for Breakfast is $2.10- we start serving breakfast at 7:30 am

Lunch cost is $3.25- We are offering a hot meal, a sandwich and a salad option please make sure you let your child know what is on the lunch menu so they know what they would like when their teacher takes lunch count.

HS Cheerleading Pre-Tryout Parent Meeting at the High School at 6pm

Wednesday-

Science State Assessments for 5th and 8th Graders

7th and 8th Grade Band to Baker for Festival (all 8th graders in band will be able to take their Science Assessment prior to leaving)

Thursday-
