Superintendent Report
Dr. Cota and the Board of Education had a great time visiting classrooms during the recent board visits. Dr. Cota thanked the principals for selecting courses for the Board to see the variety of college and career options, including CTE, dual enrollment and AP.
She is also excited for Mr. Gray for being selected as a state finalist for the prestigious FFA Star Administrator Award. We are cheering for him as he advances to state interviews in April.
Dr. Cota and Ms. Adams met with Adult Ed staff to discuss the proposed administration re-organization for 25-26. This was a chance for the staff to hear the reasoning behind the recommended change and to ask questions. It was a pleasure to meet with the staff, and those meetings will be ongoing to discuss the vision and future of Alternative Education.
