Silver Team Update
December 9-20
Family Need To Knows
The next two weeks are crammed full of difficult multi-step thinking, tests, and spirited fun. Please periodically ask to see your student's Canvas grades. If you see a zero, blank score, or "missing" remind them to take care of them quickly. The end of the quarter arriving just before break and we they should not be at all surprised by their grades. This use of Canvas, with all of our support, is a major maturity leap. Not only does it set them up for success next year, but it allows them to take ownership of their learning. As a result, they get to take credit for all the growth! This sense of pride builds the momentum and evidence to bravely struggle with the next new idea or opportunity. Finally, we are seeing lots of complaints of headaches, sore throats, and general morning sleepiness. The struggle is real! 🤧🙂
