Greatness in the New Year
Welcome to 2023!
Recently a dear friend gave me a book titled "Greatness" that has captured my attention as we begin 2023. Greatness is more about our selfless exceptionalism, which means how we make the people around us and the world a better place. Greatness is beyond success, where your true calling is placed, and a servant's heart is required. Our focus, passion, and mental toughness are key elements on this journey to reach our own greatness. May this new year bring you focus on your goals, give you the passion for doing the work to reach your greatness, and provide you with the mental toughness to face the challenges and lessons learned. Your greatness uplifts those around you and makes the world better. We believe in you and all that you do for your schools. We see greatness in you!
Sincerest gratitude to you all,
Mandy, Mindy, Amee, Jeff, and Robin

Teach Teddy by Ruby Payne's Emotional Poverty
It can be overwhelming to teach appropriate behavior skills when working with elementary students. Teach Teddy download is a series of scenarios inviting children to reflect on topics such as future stories, positive self-talk, and other issues related to emotional poverty and school success. The students then “teach” their teddy bears, putting into words their own thoughts and lessons learned from their teacher.
