From the Principals
Sunday, April 21st 2024
Hello Burns Park Families,
We are excited to share 79 Burns Park students participated in the Washtenaw Elementary Science Olympiad on Saturday, competing against 33 other schools. Burns Park teams won medals in 22 events, including 2 first place finishes! Congratulations to all our teams for a great WESO!
Interested in a mid-week pizza night for a good cause? If so, please consider participating in either or both of the upcoming Pizza House dine to donate events to support the Burns Park ice Cream Social. Our dine to donate events are Wednesday, May 15th and Thursday, May 23rd. To participate you simply need to dine in or order delivery and mention Burns Park Elementary School. Online orders will not count towards our dine to donate total. The dine to donate events will determine Pizza House’s contribution to our upcoming ice cream social. Thank you in advance for your support!
See ya tomorrow!
Peace & Love,

Join your neighbors in pedaling or pacing your way to school, fostering a healthy and eco-friendly morning commute. All students are invited to meet up at the flagpole before school for some tasty snacks and a group photo. Safety is key, so parents, please ensure younger participants are accompanied as necessary and all travelers wear helmets and heed traffic laws.
