The end of the school year is fast approaching! This is a reminder that Monday, June 10th and Tuesday, June 11th are early dismissal days for students.

Please remind your child to check the lost and found for any items that they may be missing. Any items left in the lost and found will be donated over the summer.

For your reference, please see specific information below for viewing your child's report cards on Friday, June 14th via the Home Access Center.

As we head towards the end year, we want to provide some information about the end of the year report card process.

Report cards will be published on the Home Access Center (HAC) on June 14th. They will be available on HAC from June 14th -June 30th when our student information system gets rolled over to the new year. There is an option on HAC to print the report card if you would like a paper copy. If you run into any issues, please reach out to the school and we can assist.

Today we held our 5th Grade Celebration at Springfield Township High School for our 5th grade students. We want to thank all of our families for your support! We wish you all the best.

We also want to thank our 5th grade teachers, staff, and our tech team for all of your hard work and preparation.

Not only can you add extras or remove what you don't need from school-approved supply lists, you can purchase from now until 9/30, but order early to get delivery in time for the first day of school! SUSTAINABILITY & GARDEN COMMITTEE:

• New Spartan Tote: EEHSP's Sustainability & Garden Committee partnered with fellow Spartan parent-artist, Fran Devinney, to create a beautiful Spartan logo, filled with elements from nature, for our new reusable tote bag! Made of 100% recycled cotton canvas, this large tote is perfect for bringing to the farmer's market, grocery store, library or school. The Earth-inspired 'S' is a reflection of our community's commitment to being good stewards of the environment and instilling that value in our students. • Summer Care of Raised Garden Beds: The SGC invites our elementary Spartan families to enjoy and help care for the new raised garden beds at Erdenheim over the summer. For more info and to sign up for a caretaking slot, click here.

5TH GRADE YEARBOOK SIGNING PARTY: The Yearbook Committee will be distributing 5th grade yearbooks during an in-school Yearbook Signing Party on Mon. 6/10 at 10am. Students will gather to sign yearbooks and enjoy Rita's Italian Ice to celebrate the end of their elementary years! All students are encouraged (but not required) to wear their "Erdenheim Class of 2024" t-shirts! Email 5thgradecommittee@eehsp.org with questions.
