Weekly Update September 9 - 13, '24
Families,
Over the next few months, each grade level will be hosting a grade level family night. These events are a wonderful time to get to know other families within your child's grade level, as well as to get to know our teachers. They will be filled with fun activities and will last no more than one hour. We hope to see you there!
Enjoy your weekend,

!Buenos Dias! We are off to a great new year at Truscott!! This year, we need your help: we're aking that all our students be able to have tennis shoes for PE days in class. It helps keeping their bodies safe, and not making marks on our gym floor for the custodians to have extra work to clean off. Students have P.E. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays. You can check with your classroom teacher exactly which day they go to P.E.
If your family is in need of a pair of tennis shoes, the District had shoes donated by soles 4 souls so please reach out to Mrs. Mueller and she can request a pair of shoes for your child.
Thanks for your cooperation on keeping your kiddos safe! Happy Labor Day Weekend!!

October 1st-Please refrain from scheduling appointments on this day
Watch for more details from the health office
Picture order forms will be sent home later or you can order online
Please don't schedule any appointments on October 1st
October 1st is picture day, October count, hearing and vision testing day. Please refrain from making dentist, orthodontist, or well checks on this day as it is going to be a busy day here at school.
For our new familes, October count is the day we take student attendance and our funding for the next school year is based on attendance from this day, so please plan on sending your child to school.
