Roman News February 2024
From the Principal's Desk...
Hello Roman Families,
I hope everyone is trying to get through this weather! We did not have one single delay or cancelation all year and then Mother Nature had to not be so kind to us the past few weeks! I am hoping that was the last of the super bad winter weather! I know virtual learning/eLearning can be a pain, but believe it or not, our students are doing phenomenal with everything! Our teachers are pretty amazing and when I log in to join them with virtual learning, I am just truly amazed!
I think back to when we were suddenly shut down during the pandemic and we were trying to figure out live learning through that time we all had to quarantine. Our staff has really come a long way and so have the students. It is amazing how they just know what to do!
I appreciate all of the support from all of you as parents as well! Again, let's hope Mother Nature is done with her winter weather. I am ready to see some sunshine!
Our carnival is right around the corner! The carnival helps raise money for us to do various things and activities with the kiddos. If you know anyone who can donate, or if you are willing to help with a game, please let us know! Just call the office and the ladies will get all of the information from you.
Not much longer for spring break! Hang in there, we can do this!
