The Food Bank of Iowa's BackPack Program is designed to increase access to easy-to-prepare, single servings of food to school-age children on weekends when school lunch or breakfast is not offered. The Food Bank of Iowa and Collins-Maxwell Elementary would like to invite your child to participate in this free program.

• Every Friday, Your child will receive a sack
• There is no fee to participate
• Notify the elementary office if interested.
  

School pictures will be:

• Wednesday August 27th for KG-5th grade.
• September 9th for Preschool.
• October 1st for retakes.

At: Collins-Maxwell Community School district.

Please contact the office if you would like a permission form to have your student join our mentoring program.

• Mentors are screened & trained from the YSS program
• Teachers & School staff help match appropriate mentors with mentees
• Mentors eat lunch, play games, make crafts during lunch & recess times during school hours.

Student Breakfast: $2.15 (.30 reduced)

Student Lunch: $3.20 (.40 reduced)

Milk: $.55

Student Activity Pass: $65.

Adult Activity Pass: $85.

Family Activity Pass: $250.
