Do you know a student who could volunteer?
We've got two great events coming up, but we NEED volunteers to make them a success! High school (or even college) students are encouraged to help with our Kindness Retreat on Feb. 5 and the PAC's Friendship Dance on Feb. 7. Spread the word!
Could you (or a grandparent) spare an hour on Fridays?
Every Meal is a program that aims to fill a food gap by discreetly placing bags of pantry items in student backpacks on Fridays. If you know a grandparent that wants to get involved, this is often a perfect fit for them! Get more details and sign up here.
Watch D.O.G.S.
Watch D.O.G.S. may stand for “Dads Of Great Students,” but if you’re an adult male who’s a positive role model for an Adams student, this one is for you! Come hang out with our students at recess to provide extra supervision…and maybe even play a little. Sign up here if you’re interested in learning more.
Be the first to hear of new opportunities by filling out the application today.
Community Education
Indoor Soccer Program
This indoor soccer program provides an organized, entertaining and educational sports experience. We believe that youth sports should be about more than skills and scores. While we teach students to play the sport, we also feel it is important to develop their character by teaching sportsmanship and celebrating players who demonstrate these values. The game emphasizes skillful play and creativity in the smaller playing area of the gym. There is both a 4:05pm and 5:15 pm session,

Come and join us for Craft and Create to make a variety of fun and easy crafts, using all sorts of mediums, such as soft pastels, collaging/scrapbooking, 3D paper art, etc. This class aims to broaden horizons for students to express themselves creatively.

Volleyball with Tournament
Volleyball returns to Adams! Teams will be made up of 3rd, 4th and 5th graders who have played or would like to play volleyball in a competitive setting. Join the volleyball team as we brush up on our skills and practice for the annual tournament that will be held on Saturday, March 1 at Coon Rapids Middle School, 11600 Raven St NW, Coon Rapids. Transportation to and from the tournament is the parent's responsibility. Fee includes instructional sessions, tournament registration, and team t-shirt.
Family Tech Information
Kids learn how to use technology by watching their parents and caregivers, so it's important to model healthy screen time habits early. Read more about setting tech boundaries and talking to your kids about what they're viewing in this article.
