Counselor's Corner November 2024

A Grateful Heart is a Happy Heart
As we enter November, we reflect on the importance of spending quality time with those we care about and expressing gratitude. Whether we're creating new memories or honoring cherished traditions, this season offers a wonderful opportunity to appreciate the connections in our lives. Let’s take this time to celebrate what matters most to us all!
As your school counselors, we are deeply grateful for the opportunity to work with your children. They brighten our days! We appreciate your support, and more importantly, we are thankful for the trust you place in us. It is a true privilege to be part of their lives.
As always, we are here to help; feel free to reach out via phone or email—our contact information is provided at the bottom of this newsletter.
Warmest regards,
❤️Mrs. Jordan and Mrs. Sills❤️

The Importance of Expressing Gratitude
Create a Gratitude Jar
An easy way to appreciate and acknowledge the good things in your life is to create a gratitude jar. It will help you feel more positive, and it will help you feel happier.
Creating a gratitude jar is a great way to practice a habit of thankfulness and it only takes a few seconds a day. Plus, writing down what you are thankful for is more powerful than just thinking about it, and seeing the slips of paper in your jar grow is a physical reminder that life is wonderful.
