From Bernie's Books:
"On behalf of all of us at Bernie’s Book Bank, thank you for hosting a book drive and donating 1,500 children’s books from the families at Meadowbrook Elementary School. Please share our appreciation with all who participated by donating their time and books to our mission. With your support, we are able to create pathways to success through book ownership and empower children to explore new ideas, gain knowledge, and strengthen reading skills."

5th grade iPad and Charger Collection
The last day for 5th-graders to bring home their iPads will be May 17th. We will be collecting chargers from 5th-graders beginning on Monday, May 20th. Please return the district-issued Apple brand iPad charger and cord. Lost or damaged chargers will be assessed a fee: $19 for charging brick. $19 for cord. $38 for both pieces. GBN Seniors Invited To Grad Walk
GBN seniors are invited to take a walk through the halls of their elementary school "Where It All Began" at 2 p.m. May 31. Help spread the word about this fun event. They should come dressed in their cap and gown, and if they choose, a t-shirt representing their next adventure. They will gather at the front of their elementary school at 2 p.m. and get ready to walk through the halls to visit teachers, greet students and celebrate their accomplishments. As a graduating senior, we hope they are an inspiration to our young students. Teachers will be so happy to see them!
