Once you've placed your start up order:
First 48 hours:
- Set up a getting started call (strategy session) with your sponsor and upline VP (within 24-48 hrs) to set your goals and create a gameplan!
- Create Your 100 Person List - look through phone contacts, social media, think FRANK (friends, relatives, acquaintances, neighbours, kids friends parents). Everyone you know goes on the list. Watch this short training on building your list - https://vimeo.com/475947575 (password is success)
- Write out your 21 reasons why you are doing this business and create your WHY STORY. Creating your WHY worksheet can be found HERE
- Schedule Your launch events-We will have 2-3 virtual events in private FB groups. Your sponsor will help you do them. Schedule these right away and get inviting!
- Set up your 30 in 30 calls for business prospects. The key to success is finding your 2 team members as quickly as possible! Remember the answer is always NO unless you ASK people and the only way to find your team is to start ASKING right away! The more people you talk to the more successful you will be!
- Write down your goals - Have a designated Arbonne notebook and WRITE DOWN YOUR GOALS for the month! Find 8 clients, Find 2 team members.

2. Join our Weekly Training Calls and Events
- Join our weekly team meeting at 6pm PST. Zoom ID 7142323462 Password arbonne (the zoom link can vary from week to week so check in on our Facebook page each Monday)
- Join our Transform Sunday's FB group - each Sunday at 4pm PST we have either a product or business event to plug guests into and to learn more about the products and business!
- There are also regular Region and Area meetings you can find posted on our team Facebook pages
3. Daily Personal Development
- Check out our suggested reading/listening lists on the Detailed Resources link at the bottom of this page
- 30 minutes of reading/listening a day is recommended.
First 30 days:
- Conduct your 30 in 30 chats with your upline
- Using the Is Arbonne for you Document and help from your upline
- This will help you gain confidence in sharing the business and help you find your first business partners!
- These will help you gain confidence in our products and help you find new preferred clients and business partners!
Tip for Success!
Time Management - Set aside a minimum of 30 minutes a day of uninterrupted time to work your Arbonne business and focus on:
- Direct reach outs
- Follow Ups
- Hosting Events
- Personal development reading & positive affirmations
- Goal setting
- Client Coaching and Care
Inviting to Your Launches (in person or virtual)
- Always do individual reachouts for each guest, by phone or text preferably or Facebook message if you don't have their phone #. This will give you the best response!
- An ideal sized launch is 4-8 people in person and there is no limit to virtual events so set a goal of at least 10-15 people per event
Hi Aunt Sally! How are you doing? I'm not sure if you know yet but I recently decided to start a new business with Arbonne! Yay! The reason I decided to jump in is( insert your brief why for example - it's a great opportunity to create more time flexibility in business I can work from home OR I love staying home but want something for me too OR I had such great results with the 30 day program that I want to share it with others so they can feel as good as I do now). I'm really excited to get started and I'm going to be having two Business Launch events to share what I'm up to and a little more about the products and company, with my friends and family and I would really appreciate your support! The events are about 20 minutes and I'm hosting them next Tuesday and Thursday at 7pm, which one works best for you?

Everything you Need for your 30 in 30 calls
- Invite everyone who attended your launches plus others on your 100 person list to do 30 in 30 practice call with you.
- Your upline will support you on these calls until you feel confident doing them on your own.
- To book 30 calls you'll need to ask 40-50 people.
- The more of these you do right away, the more quickly you'll build confidence in sharing the business.
- Don't prejudge - this is really important. You aren't deciding for them, you are simply exposing them to the information and letting them learn!
When you are sharing the business with a prospect, it's best to be face to face either in person or on zoom/facetime.
When you sit down with someone share this Is Arbonne for you document and follow along with the script!
Your job is to ask questions first and learn how Arbonne could solve a problem for them or provide more of what they are looking for! The more you do this, the better results you'll get. Don't be afraid to make a mistake! Be afraid of someone else offering the business if you don't!
Here's an example of what to say when inviting someone to do a practice call with you:
Hey Sally, not sure if you knew this or not but I've just started an Arbonne business and part of my training I have to do practice calls to get some experience and practice giving a quick overview of Arbonne. No obligation at all and I know it might not be a fit for you all I need is a set of ears. Would you help me out?

These events can be scheduled once you've followed the getting started launch steps and have done your dream team and launch events! These are a great way to get into lots of activity, meet potential team members and clients and sell product.
Follow these steps to get started!
1. Ask your sponsor to add you to one of their events so you can see how it's done!
2. Ask people on your 100 person list and those who attended your launches to host for you!
3. Use the document HERE to access the step by step on how to set up and execute your events
4. Use this script when you go live. Save a copy to your computer or phone. You'll want to modify it to share your own experience and tips. It's a great starting template!
