Kona Ice Celebration Days
Parents/Guardians
As we enter the 24-25 school year, Frontier Middle School plans to have celebration/award days at the end of each quarter to enhance the middle school experience for your students! These days will consist of fun activities and celebrations. They will take place on the early release days ending 1st (10/18), 2nd (12/20), and 3rd (3/21) quarters. During these days, students will be able to purchase Kona Ice. In all, we will have a total of 5 events during the school day where students will have the opportunity to purchase Kona Ice (3 celebration days, Friday 9/6, and during the MAP BBQ).
- Season Pass: Kona offers the opportunity to purchase a "season pass" that will get your student Kona at each of the 5 events.
- Pay-it-forward: Kona also offers the chance for you to purchase a Kona drink for students that cannot afford one, but are deserving through the Pay-it-forward program
Please note that students will be able to purchase Kona at each individual event should you choose not to get a season pass. If interested in purchasing a "season pass" or the pay-it-forward program, please click the link below.

Chromebook RUP Form & Insurance
RUP (Responsible Use Policy): Must be completed ONLINE this year. Parents will have the opportunity to read through the policies and accept the terms using the FOCUS parent portal. Students will not have Chromebook internet permissions until the parent has accepted and signed the RUP form.Chromebook Insurance is available for $20 per device annually. Participation is optional.
Chromebook Insurance:
Coverage takes effect once payment is received and is not retroactive. Buying into the
program provides coverage only during the current school year, so from the time
payment is received through the end of the school year. The program fee is
non-refundable and does not transfer to the next school year if the insurance is not
used.
Ways to purchase Technology Insurance:
- In Person - Insurance may be purchased in the main office in the form of a personal check made out to Wentzville School District.
- Online - https://wsdr4.revtrak.net/ (Select grade level > school > Technology.)
Our insurance program will cover two replacements during the school year. The two
items covered under this program are the LCD screens and keyboard replacements. The
two items covered for that school year can be one screen and one keyboard, two
screens, or two keyboards. Buying into this program does not cover Chromebooks that
are lost, stolen, or needing to be totally replaced. Any additional replacements after the
first two that are covered, then the student will be charged a replacement fine for each
subsequent screen replacement and keyboard replacement. Willful and deliberate
damages to the Chromebook will cause the student to be charged with the replacement
cost for the replacement part or the whole Chromebook, and will not be covered under
the insurance program. All payments for damages not covered by insurance must be
made in person in the main office.
Approximate costs without insurance.
❖ LCD Screen Replacement - $40
❖ Keyboard Repair - $11.64
❖ Total Chromebook Replacement - $271
