Greetings STM-STC Families,
A few things for this week.
- We are still waiting for the weather to cooperate to finish painting the church parking lot. I am hoping the sun appears soon! Once this is done, communication will go out regarding dismissal for Pre-K through 1st.
- Grandparents day this year will fall on 10/16. This day is also a noon dismissal for Parent-Teacher in person conferences. If you scroll down, you will see the sign up sheet for Grand Parent Day. If your Grand Parent(s) plan on attending, please fill out the form below. This will allow us to pre-print badges ahead of time. Also note, if your child will be taken out early by their grandparent, there is a section on the form for that as well.

Our October Chick-fil-a box lunch fundraiser will take place on Friday, October 18th. Please click on the button below to download the order form. ALL money and orders are DUE no later than Friday, October 11th. NO EXCEPTIONS! If you have any questions, please contact the school office. Thanks!
** The date for our November Chick-fil-a fundraiser has been changed to Thursday, November 7th - more information to come. **
The Catholic High School of Baltimore have invited our 8th grade students to come to see their Fall Drama production Daisy Pulls It Off on Thursday, November 14th from 9:00AM - 11:30AM. The cost of the trip will be $15.00 a student. If your 8th grader would like to attend, please click on the button below to complete the form. The fee will be charged to your FACTS account prior to the performance. If you have any questions, please call the school office. Thank you!
It's that time of year again - TRUNK or TREAT!! This year's Trunk or Treat will take place on Saturday, October 26th from 6:00PM - 8:00PM. Vehicles are needed! Participating parents are asked to bring candy for up to 350 kids and decorate their vehicles. ONE person in EACH vehicle MUST be VIRTUS certified. All vehicles must be preregistered. To register your vehicle, you can click on the button below to download the form to turn into school OR you can complete the form below. All vehicles MUST be registered by October 17th. Spaces are limited! We are looking forward to this fun, spooky, annual event!!
World's Finest Chocolate Sale
Our World's Finest Chocolate Sale ends on Friday, October 11th, but you would not know it from the amount of candy that keeps flying out the doors! We had to order an additional 120 boxes that were delivered last week! That is incredible! At this rate, we are well on our way of raising over $20,000 for our school! Our school community is AMAZING!!! As of today, our top seller has sold over 25 boxes of chocolate! We have a tie for 2nd place with 20 boxes! Keep up the incredible work!!
Please keep in mind the following:
- Friday, October 11th is the last day of our candy sale. Please have ALL money AND any unopened boxes turned in by this date.
- Only UNOPENED boxes of candy may be sent back to school. Once the box is opened, you are responsible for paying for the entire box.
- If you would like to request additional boxes, please send in a note complete with your child's name and grade and signed by a parent/guardian to Mrs. Kim Thayer. Please include a contact email or phone number. You may also call the school office or email Mrs. Kim at kthayer@stmstc.org to request more boxes.
- All money MUST be turned in by Friday, October 11th.

The Christmas Bazaar is by far our largest event. We ask each family to donate six hours (or more) for each child in the school. Volunteers may be parents, grandparents, or other responsible persons over the age of 14. Each grade will sponsor a booth or stand, but feel free to sign-up to work any stand, that needs help!
There is a spot where you can write the name of the student you are volunteering for, if you have a different last name from the student to ensure they get credit towards the mandatory 20 hours! Use the link below to sing-up for your shift. Earn a dress down pass for each extra shift worked.

Calling all Bakers!!
We are in need of baked goods for the upcoming STM-STC Christmas Bazaar. Both homemade and store bought are welcomed. Please deliver all baked goods to the Main School Office Tuesday, November 5th - Saturday, November 9th.
*** Friday and Saturday deliveries can be brought directly to the school gym to be put on display. ***
Cookies ~ Cakes ~ Pies ~ Muffins ~ Brownies ~ Fudge ~ Candy ~ Doughnuts
We are in Need of the Following Items for the Christmas Bazaar:
- Wine - ALL Kinds - Red, White, Sparkling...
- Bottles of various liquors - Bailey's, Smirnoff, Fireball, Captain Morgan, etc.
- Hot Cocoa Bar Items - mini marshmallows, white chocolate chips, sprinkles, caramel sauce, chocolate syrup...
- Bulk Candy or Bulk Snacks - Airheads, Blow Pops, Rock Candy, Pop Rocks, candy canes, chips, fruit snacks, pretzels, etc.
- Large bags of chips and soda (cans or bottles of Coca-Cola, Pepsi, Sprite, etc.)
*** All items can be sent to the school office or homeroom labeled Bazaar Donation ***
Saint Michael the Archangel isn't a saint, but rather he is an angel, and the leader of all angels and of the army of God. This is what the title "Archangel" means, that he is above all the others in rank.
