Southwest Middle School Library Receives Makeover
Southwest Middle School is excited to announce the completion of the remodeled 5/6 library! After months of dedicated effort, the transformation is finally here.
The updated library is now brighter and more inviting, and designed to enhance student learning. With new decor, flexible seating, and an updated shelving layout, the space encourages literacy and engagement with books for our 5th and 6th graders. Students are loving the upgrades, from cozy reading nooks to dedicated reading bikes. The library is brimming with fresh excitement for discovering new books!
A heartfelt thank you to Superintendent Dr. Hart, Assistant Superintendent Mr. Stanley, Mr. Reynolds and the facilities team, the Searcy Schools IT Department, the SWMS PTO, and SWMS Principal Ms. Parsley. Your teamwork has significantly enriched the library experience for our students.
We can't wait for you to visit and see the amazing changes!
