Dear Families,
First, we want to share that Assistant Principal Weiland gave birth to a healthy baby girl on Friday 3/29 in the evening. We welcome Gracie Hope Weiland into the world and into our community!
It's been such a busy first week of April, with field trips to the state capital and Pacific Science Center, and lots of creative energy during our glass fusing project! Thank you for chaperoning and helping out at these events, and to Medina PTA and Bellevue Schools Foundation for funding these opportunities. We are deeply appreciative and recognize that our families and community members play a big part in making our school so special.
Next week is spring break so school is not in session. Tiger Tales will skip one week and will resume the following Friday on 4/19. Eid al-Fitr marks the end of Ramadan this coming Wednesday or Thursday, and we wish Eid Mubarak to those who celebrate.
To our beloved community, we hope you enjoy lots of family time and refuel for the final stretch when schools resume on April 15th.
Warmly,
Betty & Brenda

Staffing Update
Looking Ahead - For our current K-4th graders
Spring is here and that means we're planning for next year! In an effort to prepare for the 2024-2025 school year, we would like to know if your child(ren) will be returning to Medina. Please go to this link to access the Intent to Return Survey. If you need the survey in a different language, please send me an email.
The survey will help us learn your family plans as we prepare for the next school year. The deadline to complete this survey is Wednesday, May 15th. If you are unsure of your child's plans next year, please still complete the survey. We will follow up with you at a future date for any updates.
