You've likely heard all the buzz over the past years about the benefits of CBD. As someone who struggles with the majority of things in the image above, I had previously tried it to see if it would help.

When I didn't notice an immediate effect I stopped + decided CBD wasn't for me. I've been doing research lately + have learned that CBD is more about what you don't feel when you're using it. The effects aren't going to hit you like a brick. They will be subtle. They will be the absence of something you used to feel.

I've also learned that (like the beauty industry) CBD is largely unregulated.

• 9 out of 10 bottles are mislabeled.
• Natural, clean, pure, + organic mean nothing.
• People don't know what they are taking or how to take it.

It's extremely important to find a brand that carries certifications, offers ingredient transparency, + provides sourcing clarity.

Through my research I've found one that meets my requirements for safety.
