Preparing for Allergy season
As the weather becomes warmer and the days grow longer, allergy symptoms are also making a resurgence. Many students are beginning to exhibit symptoms including face rubbing, sneezing, itchy eyes & stuffy nose. Prepare ahead to minimize the impact from allergies and maximize Springtime fun!
Become familiar with allergens in our area and what their triggers are.
After playing outdoors, shower and put on fresh clothes.
Air purifiers can filter allergens from the air leading to easier breathing and improved sleep.
Regular cleaning and washing linens reduces allergen build up in living areas.
Reach out to your pediatrician for treatment options
