We are looking forward to a wonderful December!

Our school doors open at 8:30 a.m. every day.

It is beginning to get colder and students are out front waiting for school to begin and they are cold.

Please try to have your child here at 8:30 or between 8:30 - 9:00 a.m. so that they are not waiting outside when it is really cold.

The tardy bell rings at 9:00 a.m.

Community Partners have donated several coats and hats for our Patriot Stars who are in need!

If you need a coat or hat for your child, please contact Ms. Brathwaite, our school counselor.

We have the following sizes available:

4/5 (girls and boys)

7/8 (girls and boys)

10/12 (girls and boys)

a few 14/16 (girls only)

Please look at the pictures below! All of these items are from our Lost and Found Bin.

These items will be in the gym for three weeks. If items are still here on the 20th, I will donate the clothes to a local church.

Please come and pick up the items that belong to your child or tell them to ask their teacher if they can collect their items during P.E. time.

Monthly Meeting: Friday, December 13th at 4:00 p.m. at Tinker Elementary in the cafeteria.

Popcorn. Friday: Friday, December 13th. $0.50 per bag. Students will give the money to their teacher and PTO will collect the money on Friday.

Our 5th Graders have an awesome opportunity to attend a STEM program December 9th - 13th.

The program is free, but we have to pay for bus transportation.

In the past this program took place at the Youth Center and our students walked there, but this year the program is in a different location.

We are asking each parent who has a 5th-grade student to contribute 10 dollars to help cover some of the total cost of $806 dollars.

If you would like to make a donation or sponsor a student please contact our finance secretary, Ms. Larhonda Smith or one of our fifth-grade teachers, Ms. Wilbanks or Ms. Woodberry.
