The deadline to register has passed but late registrations are still being accepted. Click here today to check if your child is eligible for service and to begin the registration process. Please note, late fees do apply.
Parking
PARKING UPDATE: We will have some smaller school busses dropping students off out front of the school around 8:15 am. The front of the school will remain Drop and Go as these busses should be gone before families begin dropping off their children. If you notice a bus as you drop off your child, please be mindful of students in the vicinity. We thank you for your attention to this matter. As always, we remind our families to please use our North parking lot when parking and exiting vehicles. This is especially important on game nights when we have an abundance of visitors parking near the school. In an effort to show kindness to our community, we are asking our school community to please be considerate of our neighbours across the street and leave that parking for residents only.
Contact Us!
If you need to reach our office for any reason, please contact our main line at 403-406-7365. This is also the number to call should you need to call in your child's attendance. This number is always available on our website.

Mustard Seed Presents - Bowls for Bellies
Did you know? Last year the school lunch program served 68,000 lunches to children who otherwise would not have had a meal. This year, the need is up to 120,000.
The Mustard Seed receives no government funding for meal programs, so it is incredibly important to raise funds as well as awareness for this cause in Central Alberta.
Bowls for Bellies is a soup cook off in support of the Mustard Seed’s school lunch program in which local chefs will be competing for the “Bowly Grail” trophy and title of best soup in the city!
Join them on October 27th, 2024 from 11AM to 2PM

SPARC Red Deer & Sylvan Lake Family Challenge
SPARC Red Deer and SPARC Sylvan Lake are pleased to announce the SPARC Family Challenge which offers 4 weeks of simple, free, family- friendly challenges, to complete at home or in your community to help your kids grow up great! By participating in the SPARC Family Challenge, you can create strong positive connections with your kids and within your family.
The purpose is to educate families about the 40 Developmental Assets, which are research-proven life experiences or building blocks which all children need to grow up healthy, caring, and responsible. Research shows that the higher number of these assets a young person has, the more likely they are to thrive and to engage in positive behaviours and avoid risky behaviours.
Through every day, achievable activities, we can build assets in our kids and help them thrive. Families will receive a weekly email with ideas on how to build assets in their children and can win awesome prizes at the end of the 4 weeks. Please see attached poster in PDF and PNG format. For more information, and to register, visit sparcreddeer.ca/events and follow us on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Registration deadline is November 1st at noon.
