RHS Extra Help

1. Each day, teachers are here until at least 2:55 PM. Students should speak with teachers directly about their extra help schedule. Receiving one-on-one extra help from a student's teacher is the most effective way to receive the individual support needed for academic success.

2. The After School Support Program is held Monday thru Thursday from 2:45-4:15 PM for any student who needs to make up work or needs a quiet place to complete school work.

3. Saturday School is held on select Saturdays each month from 9:00 AM- 12:00 PM in Math, History, English, Science, and World Language. This intervention is highly effective for students to make up quizzes, work on projects, and receive personalized instruction from our faculty.

The After School Support Program is presently offered Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays in the scheduled rooms listed below from 2:45-4:15 PM. Any student is welcome to report to these locations to get academic work done! The program starts Tuesday, September 7th.

Services offered:

• Make up academic work, including quizzes and tests, in a structured learning environment.

• Redeem lost credit due to extended absences through the school's credit recovery program.

• Quiet place to complete academic coursework before extracurricular activity or event.

Saturday School is held on select Saturdays each month from 9:00 AM-12:00 PM. Students may arrive and stay for any length of time to make up missed assignments, quizzes, and/or tests to improve grades. This is also a great chance to get extra help or support on upcoming projects or essays. Please notify teachers in advance that you will be attending so that your assignments are waiting for you.
