Has your future 4K/5K student attended 4K/5K screening?
If no, please consider signing up for our Monday, June 14th screening to be held at Trailside Elementary, 615 N. Milwaukee St., Waterford, WI 53185. You can sign your child up using this sign-up genius link.
*If your child had been screened in March you do not need to sign up for the June screening.
Click here to read more about the screening process. It will take about one hour. Please plan on only bringing your child to be screened and one adult. Screening is optional and is encouraged.

Symptoms to keep your child home with:
WHEN TO KEEP YOUR CHILD HOME FOR ILLNESS SYMPTOMS*:
Please make sure your household follows this symptom checklist (these absences will be excused and DO NOT count against your child's attendance record):
Your child MUST stay home if they have at least one symptom from this list:
- Fever of 100.4 degrees Fahrenheit or higher
- New cough, or a cough gets worse
- Difficulty or trouble breathing
- New loss of taste or smell
Your child MUST stay home if they have at least two symptoms from this list, even if they do not have any symptoms from the first list above:
- Sore throat
- Nausea
- Vomiting
- Diarrhea
- Chills
- Muscle pain
- Excessive fatigue (being very tired)
- New or severe headache
- New nasal congestion or runny nose
If your child has a temperature of 100*+ please keep them home fever free for 24 hours without medicine. If your child vomits, please keep them home for 24 hours since last sickness.
