Centennial Middle School
June 14, 2023
Letter from Principal Rosenbach
Dear Centennial Families,
We have reached June and only three and a half school days to go on the countdown to the end of the year! I truly cannot believe we are near the end of another school year. We made it!
It has been so wonderful to watch our 8th graders grow and mature these past two years. We wish them all the best as they enter the next phase of their life and start high school in September.
To our 7th graders, we look forward to seeing you all back in September and are excited we get another year with you. Next year will be even better!
Finally, to all of our families that have supported these students, we want to say a huge thank you. We could not have made it through the year without everything you do for these students.
I hope this summer is filled with time together with family and friends, resting, relaxing, rejuvenating, and having fun. Don’t forget to read a book as well. My best to all the CMS students and families, it has been my pleasure to serve you all this year.
Respectfully,
Josh Rosenbach
Field Day- Parent Permission!
Materials Turn In
Yearbook Distribution- June 15th
Yearbook distribution will be Thursday, June 15th during the student's 6th period classes. There will be no distribution before this date.
Yearbook sales are closed for this school year. There are a few extra copies we order each year that can be purchased at our field day on June 20th here at the front office. This will be a first come first serve basis until we are out of them.
*Friendly reminder that students need to pay all fines before they will receive their yearbook.
Please check your students account to make sure they don't have any fines. Have your student return their library books so any fines can get taken off.
To check your students account: Sign in, click on your student and go to "Reports" to see unpaid fines. To pay fines go to "Pay Fine/Fees".
Student Information Verification!!!
Each summer we ask families to confirm student information and emergency contacts through an online process called Student Information Verification. This process helps to ensure we have accurate information for emergencies and helps us confirm enrollments for class sizes and scheduling. This Student Information Verification process will be open through Friday, August 21.
- Skyward/Family Access available at www.sno.wednet.edu/skyward.
- Skyward/Family Access support available at www.sno.wednet.edu/skywardsupport.
- All district families are asked to please confirm their student’s information in Skyward/Family Access. Student Information Verification will be open from August 11-21.
Note: If you are a parent/guardian and a district employee you must make address/phone changes through the Employee Access tab within Skyward/Family Access.
2023-2024 Athlete Registration
We are excited to partner with FinalForms, the school district's new online athlete registration platform. The site went live on Wednesday, May 24. Emails were sent to parents/ guardians, via their email on file in Skyward/Family Access, and all students, via their school district email account, early on Wednesday, May 24. The email will include an invitation to verify your FinalForms account, set passwords and complete the required paperwork. Both parents/guardians and student-athletes should verify their own account.
When registering your athlete(s), please make sure to register for the 2023-2024 school year, which includes upcoming summer activities.
Physical expiration dates have been uploaded to FinalForms. Parents/guardians and athletes will be able to see their expiration dates once accounts are verified. Physicals are valid for up to 24 months.
If you did not receive an email on Wednesday, May 24, please check your junk/spam folder first and then reach out to your school athletic office, if you need additional assistance.
