Martin School Family Update

Dear Martin Families and Caregivers,

Thank you for your love and kindness this week! I am going to miss Martin School! I am thankful for the time we still have left together. There are more memories to be made!

Don't forget to join us for the MSA's Annual Bruins Game on Sunday, February 23! See you there!

School will reopen on Monday, February 24.

Even when it’s cold, we’ll be going outside! Students need fresh air and a break outdoors when the weather allows. Please make sure your children come to school with coats, hats, and gloves.

Is getting your child to wear a coat a challenge? Let us know! We’re happy to support you and work with your child to make this happen.

On rainy days or when the ground is wet, please do not send your children to school with Crocs. We have rugs at our entrances, and even so, many children wearing Crocs are slipping and falling on our hard, tiled floor--especially during arrival. Crocs are welcome on other days. Thank you for your help with this! We just want to make sure children start their day happily and without injury.

Recently, we've had to speak to a few students about using smart devices during school time. Smart watches and smart phones may be brought to school. However, they cannot be used during the school day or on the bus. They should be kept in students' backpacks. Please remind your children about this school expectation. Thank you for your help!

The Yearbook Committee is looking for pictures of school events throughout the school year. If you have some good ones, please consider sending them to our Yearbook Team! Pictures can be sent to https://photos.jostens.com/HDURQX from now until April, 1, 2025.
