Message FROM SRV BOARD MEMBERS
Happy Spring everyone!
As we thaw out from the long winter months we want to thank everyone that attended the Après party and Bingo events at Jack Frost Lodge. Both events were well attended and everyone had a great time. We thank all of the sponsors that supported both events. And finally, the results of the SRV Internet/TV Survey is ready to be shared with you. We were so happy that 200 homeowners responded. These results reflect one vote per household.
Thank you for taking the time to complete it.
The link is below and it can also be found in the "Members" section of our website.

Finance Committee
The Board members met for a budget workshop. We reviewed all of our revenues, expected expenses, and recommendations from the committee from all committees as we developed the budget. The final budget is set to be shared with the SRV Homeowners and mailed to you by May 1st.
ARC Committee
April 1st is the start date to begin outside work on your unit. Please make sure you have completed and submitted the ARC application and received approval prior to starting your repairs. IF YOU NEED A PERMIT, YOU MUST APPLY FOR IT AND SUBMIT IT WITH YOUR APPLICATION.
If you have installed or plan to install an air conditioning unit, you must get approval from the ARC committee prior to installation. The ARC committee will communicate the requirements for a screen that should be built after the air conditioning unit is completed and installed.
Operations Committee
The committee members met with the painters to walk through the village. A representative from Sherman Williams walked through the community to see some of the concerns shared by the homeowners from the November meeting. It was shared that the painting process is as follows: The painters power wash the house, allowing time for the house to dry. The paint is sprayed on the house and then rolled on evenly. The Sherman William representative agreed with this process. A request was made to make sure the paint does not get sprayed onto the ground or the skylights. The deck painting follows the same process.
The following units will be painted this summer: West Woods B (Nordic & Freestyle) The following units will have their decks painted: Short Hill & Aspenwall.
Please make sure you have replaced any rotten wood prior to your unit being painted.
