πParking & Parade Map π
Dear Parents and Guardians,
We hope you're as excited as we are for the upcoming Halloween festivities! To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we wanted to share some important parking guidelines.
Due to safety reasons and space constraints, we kindly request that you do not park in our parking lot or Ben Franklin's parking lot. Our facilities are not equipped to accommodate a large number of vehicles, and overcrowded parking can create potential hazards.
However, we understand that parking is essential, and we want to make your visit as convenient as possible. You are welcome to park in other locations around the school and then walk over to join the festivities. There is a parking lot across from the Truman stadium that you are welcome to park in and walk over to Mill Creek.
We encourage you to be spectators at the parade and enjoy all the exciting activities we have planned in the designated spectator-only areas. Your presence and support are greatly appreciated and will contribute to the overall success of our Halloween/ Fall Fest celebration. This is for safety reasons and it imperative that all spectators abide by this rule.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us ensure a safe and enjoyable Halloween/ Fall Fest event for everyone. We look forward to seeing you there and making lasting memories together!
Sincerely,
Mrs. Martesi

Costume Guidelines
We're excited to celebrate Halloween with our young ones in a safe and enjoyable manner. To ensure a fun and secure experience for everyone, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following guidelines:
1. No Weapons: For the safety of all children, we kindly request that costumes do not include any weapons of any kind. Weapons are prohibited.
2. Hands-Free Fun:To make sure our kids can fully participate in the parade, it's best to keep their hands free. Bulky or heavy accessories can be challenging for them.
3. Choose Friendly Themes: We encourage costumes that are not violent in nature, keeping the spirit of Halloween / Fall Fest cheerful and light-hearted.
4. School-Worn Costumes: To facilitate a smooth morning parade, please have your child wear their costume to school. Make sure it's manageable for them and that they can put it on independently if they're dressing up at school.
5. Independence and Mobility: Ensure your child can move independently and walk around by themselves during the parade to make it a positive experience for them.
6. Classroom teachers are not responsible for lost costume items.
If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to your child's classroom teacher. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated, and we look forward to a spooktacular Halloween/ Fall Fest celebration!
Warm regards,
Mrs. Martesi
What to do if you do not want your child to particpate?
Please let your classroom teacher know by emailing them directly if you do not want them to participate in this event. We will have other things planned so they can participate without dressing up or alternative activities! We want everyone to enjoy the day!
