Our library will feature a curated selection of books and resources to support this learning experience.
5th Grade Dance: A Night to Remember
On a memorable evening, our fifth graders gathered for an exciting night of music, dancing, and fun at the annual 5th Grade Dance, graciously organized by the GNR PTO. This event, eagerly anticipated by students, served as a perfect celebration of their time at Grace N. Rogers Elementary before they transition to middle school.
The gymnasium was transformed into a vibrant dance floor, complete with colorful decorations and twinkling lights. As soon as the music started, our students enthusiastically hit the dance floor, showcasing their best moves and enjoying the lively atmosphere. The night featured a series of dance contests, where students had the opportunity to participate in friendly competitions, showing off their creativity and dance skills.
Highlights of the evening included the ever-popular dance-off, where students competed in various dance styles, and the limbo contest, which brought out the competitive spirit in everyone. The dance floor was abuzz with energy and laughter as students cheered each other on and celebrated each other's talents.
A big thank you to all the parents, teachers, and volunteers who helped make this night possible. Your contributions ensured that our students had an unforgettable experience.
