Please continue to be patient with us as we work hard to improve our routes and minimize comeback routes. We are doing our best to accommodate the more than 15,000 students who require transportation this school year.

COVID-10 - Test Results - Positive
What do I do if my student tests positive for COVID
See the campus protocol below, for how you need to report your student's positive test. This will ensure minimal disruption to your student's schedule.
If your student tests positive for COVID-19 or has been directly exposed, please follow the steps below ASAP.
**Notify Leaman as soon as you are aware of possible exposure and/or if your student has tested positive.
**We will respond with the next steps to keep your student as connected to their learning, during this temporary quarantine period.
Your student will have FULL access to their Teacher's Canvas pages, plus a zoom link to access the designated "REMOTE CONFERENCING TEACHER", to help assist during this temporary period. Each Teacher's Canvas page will contain notes and/or PowerPoint will be posted regarding what was taught that day.
IMMEDIATELY EMAIL: School Nurse - Kathleen Boddie, kboddie@lcisd.org
The email should include Student's Name, Student ID, and Grade Level
Once you have completed the steps above, Nurse Boddie will be contacting you, within 24 Business Hours with how you will be supported through this temporary period.
COVID Notification Emails:
DLJH will continue to follow LCISD COVID Protocols by pushing out the email notifications that you are currently receiving when a positive case is reported by a parent. Please understand that we cannot reveal a student's identity, nor specific class, due to the confidentiality. We are not contact tracing this year, so there is no mandatory quarantining on the school side. Many of these cases that we are reporting, are from parents doing their due diligence of reporting when their student was exposed or tested positive outside of the school. We appreciate these parents helping us stay safe as possible at school.
Partnership - Staff - Students - Parents
This is our Charger Motto! Once a Charger - Always a Charger!.
To be a successful Charger - this takes a team.
(1) Parent (2) Student (3) Teacher.
Parents, join us this year in making your Charger a Success. Print this out, place it on your home, so that this always remind us - what it takes to make a successful Charger.
If we work together - your student will have a great year and learn skills to guide them into their future lives.
