News and Notes
Wildcat Family,
We are still celebrating the unforgettable moments from our Class of 2025 Graduation—what an amazing way to honor our seniors and their incredible journey! As we shift our focus to closing out the school year, our underclassmen are wrapping things up with exams this Wednesday and Thursday (May 21–22), followed by early dismissal both days with bus transportation provided.
A quick reminder—all students in grades 9–11 must return their Chromebooks by May 22 at 11:30 AM. Devices can be turned in after exams in the East Cafeteria or earlier for those exempting in Room 702, see below in the newsletter for further details.
Looking ahead to summer, Summer School kicks off June 2, and Early Bird Parking applications open May 24 for next year. Don’t forget to update us if you’re moving, and rising juniors and seniors—be sure your MCV-4 booster is up to date.
Stay connected with us through our Athletic Newsletter for summer camp and sports opportunities, and get ready for Class of 2026 Senior Portrait details linked below.
Let’s finish strong, Wildcats! #ouRHouse
See Ya, Love Ya, Bye!

MCV-4 Important Information
At the age of 16, Georgia requires that your student receive the booster to the MCV4 vaccine.
If they do not receive the MCV4 booster on or after the age of 16, their immunization record, Certificate of Immunization (Form 3231), will expire.
If you have not already scheduled an appointment for your student to get their vaccines updated, please contact your healthcare provider or the Bryan County Health Department at 912-756-2611 to arrange the MCV4 booster.
Meningococcal disease is a serious bacterial illness that affects the brain and causes shock, coma and death within hours of the first symptoms. Georgia law requires students be vaccinated against this disease.
Please provide an updated copy of the Certificate of Immunization (Form 3231) once the MCV4 booster is completed. This document will become a part of your student’s permanent record once it is received by the RHHS clinic staff.
Contact your healthcare provider or the Bryan County Health Department with any questions related to the MCV4 Booster.
