Hello Everitt families! The spring is going to be filled with opportunities to connect and participate! Here’s what’s coming up:
Soup’s On - Wednesday, February 5th
This event will include a potluck-style dinner and the chance to enjoy musical performances and artwork by Everitt students and even play some fun games. We would love to see you and any of your family at this fun community evening. It is not necessary to bring something, but if you would like to bring something delicious, please sign up and indicate what you are bringing. PTA will provide drinks, plates, napkins, etc.

Everitt International Night - Thursday, March 6th
Save the date for an evening of international food, performances and displays. We are looking for a few parents/guardians to be on the planning committee for this event. Everitt Student Wellness Day - Friday, May 2nd
We are looking for parents and community members who have a passion and expertise in a “wellness” topic who would be willing to share it with kids in May at Everitt’s 3rd annual Wellness Day for students. Students get to choose sessions and learn about everything from yoga, to mindfulness, to financial planning. Please review the list of past and potential session ideas and e-mail the PTA if you would like to get involved or know someone who you can reach out to. Other Ways to help raise funds for Everitt PTA:
- Does your employer provide matching funds or are they looking for a community non-profit to donate to?
Everitt PTA is a 501c3 non-profit and would be happy to talk to your employer or help with any paperwork needed. While we focus on community building and not fundraising, additional funds could be put to good use helping to outfit more classrooms with the SmartBoard technology your kids have used in some, and all rooms can make great use of them!
- Have you linked your King Soopers Community Rewards yet?
Help raise funds for Everitt just by doing your grocery shopping! Everitt PTA is enrolled in the King Soopers Community Rewards Program. This is a great way to support the school without spending additional money, all you have to do is enroll and King Soopers will give back to Everitt! 🥦🍎🌽🍊

Once logged into your King Soopers or City Market account go to My account ~ Community Rewards ~ search for Everitt Middle School PTA either by name or FT620 and then click Enroll. New users will need to create an account which requires some basic information, a valid email address and a loyalty card.
- Renew or become a member of Everitt PTA:
Provide core support for our PTA by becoming a PTA Member for the 2024-2025 school year. Dues are just $15 and allow us to be part of the state and national PTA networks and have seed money for our PTA projects. Even if you cannot make the PTA meetings regularly, becoming a PTA member is an excellent way to support our school community! To join, complete this form: https://forms.gle/MKp3Fokrn7zSioBY7 and Venmo $15 to @Everitt-Middle. Dues should never be a barrier for participation in PTA, so please email EverittPTA@gmail.com if we may help you with your dues payment.
