November Update

Our National Junior Honor Society is currently running a Penny Wars fundraiser to support families in need from the two recent hurricanes that hit our country. Students are able to participate in the competition for the next week.

We have a Book Fair kicking off at the Holiday Bazar on November 9th and carrying on through the week of November 11th.

Veterans will be honored at our annual Veterans Day Program on November 11th.

We will conclude the month with our Dodge Hunger Canned Food Drive.

Along with being grateful for all the amazing events our students have organized, we are thankful for you - our families. Your constant support and partnership with us make all the difference in our school.

"It can be difficult to talk with our teens who are tired, cranky or busy. Here is a list of conversation starters that might make it easier to open up communication during mealtime. Also, with Thanksgiving coming up be sure to add in questions about what your kids are thankful for."

Books and Breakfast

Join us for Pastries and Muffins and shop the book fair with your student. Look for time options from your child's ELA Teacher on ParentSquare. Students are able to invite any adult they would like to have breakfast with and shop the book fair. Each grade will have a specific morning shopping option. We are excited to use the proceeds to stock our classrooms with additional book options.

Holiday Bazaar Opportunity

Our book fair will be open at the Indian Creek Education Foundation Holiday Bazaar on November 9th from 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. It will be the first opportunity to shop the event! Help us make our grand opening successful.

Students will be shopping the book fair during their regular library time the week of November 11-15.

Parents, you can set up an ewallet for your student's shopping now. The online book fair will open November 8th.
