Cost Centre Expenditure
As per my All Staff email last week, any expenditure other than the consumables below must be approved by Dave or myself. With only 4 weeks of the teaching year left all resources should have been purchased before this term.
Any consumable items (i.e. perishable items for Home Economics and Science classes and end of year functions) can still be purchased during Term 4. Please order any stationery requirements before the start of Term 4 and only what you need for the current year.
Cost Centre Files
Please return your Cost Centre files except those Cost Centres with legitimate consumable expenditure i.e. Home Economics, Science, which can be returned by Week 10.
Purchase Card
Please make sure you do not make any purchases on your Purchase Card after 25 November 2021 because the expenditure may come from 2022 funds. If there is no alternative than to use a Purchase Card, please see me or Sarah. You can use your cards again after 1st January 2022 for purchasing school resources. If you do not need to use your Purchase Cards until the school begins again next year, you can hand them in for safekeeping in the school safe.
Education Assistants
Please call in at the office upon arrival at school to check if there are any changes to your timetable. Also please check your Department of Education emails daily for any updates or messages from Admin., PL opportunities or other general information. If you do not have access to a computer in your class, please negotiate with a teacher for 5 – 10 minutes for time to do this during your work day.
