• Monday, November 11th is Veterans Day - NO SCHOOL
• The Student Lighthouse Team is accepting applications. If you're student is interested in joining, please have them pick up an application from the office and return it by Thursday, Nov 21st.
  

• Ski & Snowboard Club parent meeting Wednesday, November 13th from 5-6 in the Alta Mesa library. This meeting is required to join unless you contact Ms. Randolph ahead of time.
• Our Chick-fil-A fundraiser night is this Wednesday, Nov 13th from 4:30-7:00. Please remember you need to order through the mobile app in order for it to count towards Alta Mesa. Please see below for more information on how to order from the mobile app!
• Booster Club meeting this Wednesday, Nov 13th at 6:00 in the Library! Hope to see you there!
  
• Soccer game schedule - Tuesday, Nov 12 will be a home game against Mistletoe and Thursday, Nov 14th will also be a home game against Boulder Creek. All games are at 3:00pm.
• Trimester 1 Awards will be Thursday, Nov 14th. Please see below for more information.
• Our Student Lighthouse Team has scheduled one spirit day every month and November's spirit day is scheduled for Friday, November 15th. Come dressed in your turkey best! Wear fall colors!
  
• Parent-Teacher conference week will be 11/18 - 11/22. Please make sure you connect with your student's teacher on scheduling your conference time. We are aiming for 100% participation!

On Tuesday, November 12th Alta Mesa will put FREE metal stackable chairs in the parking lot, next to the Cafe. Please swing by and grab a chair or two, or ten! We are hoping to get rid of all our extra chairs on Tuesday!

Ms. Randolph will be hosting an informational parent meeting for Ski & Snowboard Club in the Library on Wednesday, November 13th from 5:00pm-6:00pm. Parents of any students who are wanting to participate in Ski & Snowboard Club for the 24/25 school year must attend.

Chick-fil-A is hosting an Alta Mesa fundraiser night on Wednesday, Nov 13th! A portion of what is purchased through the mobile app will be donated to Alta Mesa! However, orders HAVE to be purchased through their mobile app, not in the restaurant.

The fundraiser will start at 4:30pm and will end at 7:00pm. If you need help downloading the app, please see Alta Mesa's front office!

The Booster Club will be meeting on Wednesday, November 13th in the Library from 6:00-7:00. Swing by and see who you can get involved!

Alta Mesa will be hosting our trimester 1 awards assembly on Thursday, November 14th. Teachers will reach out to parents/guardians individually if students are receiving an award.

Parent-Teacher conference week is fast approaching. This year parent-teacher conference week will be November 18th through November 22nd. Your student's teacher will send out sign up information within the next week. Please make sure to sign up, we are aiming for 100% participation.

Reminder: Due to parent-teacher conferences, Nov 18th - 22nd will be minimum days, dismissal for TK - 5th grade at 1:23pm.

The Alta Mesa Book Fair is back during Parent-Teacher Conference Week! The Book Fair will be open for parents to shop before and after school. Students will also be available to shop during their scheduled library time.

Mrs. Lindsley's 5th grade leaders will be participating in the Garden Gobble Fest on Thursday, November 21st from 5:00-7:00pm. Mrs. Lindsley's 5th graders have been working hard in the Alta Mesa garden,in partnership with CalFresh, to produce home grown produce for our community. Mrs. Lindsley's families are invited to this garden salad event to pick their own lettuce and leave with a salad kick. Invitations will be going out in the coming week.
