Social Work Corner
Social Emotional Learning at Walker
Students worked in class on learning about emotions and vocabulary for the different feelings. Each grade level will work on different themes as the year goes on, but it felt appropriate to give an idea of what kids are working on during social emotional learning time as the year starts.
If you have any concerns or want to connect with the social worker, please do not hesitate to reach out. His email is pbirden@sd104.us and his extension is 7309 at Walker.
Warmly,
Mr. Patrick Birden
