Homework help is offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays after school until 4:10 PM and on Wednesdays before school from 7:50 AM - 8:10 AM. Bus service is available.

Athletics Registration:
Beginning with the 2024-25 school year, Knoxville CUSD #202 is moving to a paperless registration system for extracurricular activities and athletics. Once you click on the link below, you will need to click on the registration tab. First time users will need to create an account. Please note, you can only register one participant at a time. In order to register another child, you will have to complete registration for one child, then go back to step 6 and register additional children.

What's New?
Next week we will begin our Character Strong program here at KHS. Lessons will be delivered a few times each month, during advisory. There are three main goals to this program:
1) increase and support mental health and well-being
2) increase the feeling of safety and belonging at school
3) increase how much we care about and engage in school and the world around us.
Upcoming Events and Visits
- September 12th: Carl Sandburg College Recruiter here during the lunch hours to talk with interested students
- September 21st: Illinois State University Ag Open House and football game (email bnolan@bluebullets.org for details)
- September 23rd: Megan Jones from Carl Sandburg will be here to help any current seniors wanting to apply for Fall 2025 admission.
- September 24th: Marine recruiters will be here during the lunch hours to talk with interested students
- September 25th: Bradley University representative will be here during advisory to meet with interested students
- October 8th: College Fair held at Carl Sandburg College
National Honors Society will be gearing up for their First Adopt-A-Highway clean up mornings in September and October. Members will work to clean up after both the Homecoming festivities as well as help with clean up efforts as Knoxville gears up for the annual Scenic drive events.

Just a reminder that there are only a few more days to order your 2024 KHS Homecoming t-shirts. The online store through Elite Ink will close on Monday, September 9th at 3:00 pm. No late orders will be accepted, so please make sure to order your shirts before then. There are youth sizes available in most options.
