February 2025
A message from our Principal
PG Families,
As we head into February, I want to thank you for you continued support of our school and students. There are a lot of great things going on at Pueblo Gardens from the feedback teachers are getting from benchmark assessments that help them support students, to our work with Welcoming Schools which is leading us to become a “Seal of Excellence” by the end of the school year. I love our work here and I and our staff greatly enjoy the work we get to do with our community and students. I want to let you know we are committed to the safety and security of our students and families and that we will continue to do everything we can to provide the best service possible for you no matter what.
A number of families have recently called us to ask about the safety of coming to school in the face of potential law enforcement presence on campus connected to immigration issues. I want you to know that not just our school, but our entire district is dedicated to the safety and security of our students. Please take a moment to review the letter from Dr. Trujillo that communicates this commitment as well as some resources available for those in need.
